The Charities Aid Foundation has announced the launch of a new £10 million fund to help charities and social enterprises grow their social impact.
A mixture of unsecured loans and grants will be available to social organisations operating across the UK, including those with international projects. The funds will be unrestricted, allowing organisations to invest in infrastructure and capacity building, which are often not covered by grant funding.
The Foundation aims to increase the size of the fund to £20 million.
Organisations are encouraged to register their interest in the first instance.
The fund will be open for applications on an ongoing basis.
