Trusteeship - the roles and responsibilities of your board of trustees

This webinar will provide a refresher on the role of trustees and how to nurture a supportive and dynamic relationship.

A great partnership between a CEO and Chair is essential for a successful organisation. This session as part of Trustees' Week 2024, will go beyond the Chair-CEO relationship and consider the CEO's partnership with the board as a whole.

Sometimes roles and responsibilities can become blurred and perhaps trustees are seeking more opportunities to contribute their time and skills. This session will explore best practice and top tips to refresh your working partnership with your board and ensure that you are supported and valued in your role. This session will be facilitated by Colette Harrison, Development Officer, Sector Support at Community Foundation Tyne & Wear and Northumberland
