Grants ranging from £3,000 to £20,000 are available for projects supporting families of serving personnel stationed overseas.
Through the Supporting Serving Families Overseas Programme, the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust aims to help overseas bases, or UK-based charities working with them, in addressing the needs of partners, children, and young people during deployment.
This includes focusing on emotional wellbeing, mental health, social connections, and overall family dynamics. Projects should aim to achieve one or more of the following outcomes: provide new, personalised, and targeted support for the wellbeing of partners, young people, and children; increase serving families' knowledge of existing services and recreational provision; and reduce isolation and loneliness.
The deadline for applications is 12pm on the 15th January 2025.
