I am Tracy Hassan, Sunderland Voluntary Sector Alliance Manager. I have been with the Alliance since September 2021.  Over the last 2 years we have been working with the sector listening to what is important and developing our service offer to support the sustainability and growth of the voluntary and community sector across the city. We are now building a team looking for people with the knowledge, skills, experience and passion to make a difference.

We support the growth and development of voluntary sector organisations in Sunderland by creating ambition, energy and drive to bring about change, strengthen our communities and create resilience.

Our office is in Sunderland, and we combine hybrid and flexible working in the office, at home and in the community.
