Sunderland Voluntary Sector Alliance (SVSA) has four main objectives:

• To build the capacity of Sunderland voluntary sector organisations to become more sustainable.
• To develop a membership of connected voluntary sector organisations across Sunderland.
• To share good practice and respond to local needs.
• To develop joint-working and income generation opportunities.

To become a member of Sunderland Voluntary Sector Alliance you must be:

• An organisations or community group based or delivering in Sunderland.
  
  and
• Have a charitable purpose.
  (please note, we are unable to approve applications from businesses or statutory run services)

Membership is FREE and will give you:

• Key Policies and Procedure templates
• Relevant Factsheets
• Access to Social Value Opportunities
• Access to Community and Corporate Volunteering opportunities
• Opportunity to request one to one support from the SVSA team
• Funding updates and opportunities.

Step 1:

To become a member of Sunderland Voluntary Sector Alliance we require each organisation to complete one membership form only (we suggest you use the main generic email address for your organisation).

Once we have received this form we will be in touch to confirm you are now set up to complete step 2.

Once you have submitted your membership form and received a direct response from the SVSA team confirming access you can register your Membership.
