Sunderland Voluntary Sector Alliance are looking for a Treasurer to join the Board of Trustees atthis pivotal and exciting time.

The Sunderland Voluntary Sector Alliance (SVSA) is a newly formed charitable organisation led by the sector themselves, working in partnership with a wide range of services across the city. The SVSA has been developed to support the sustainability and growth of the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations across the city. It also has a role in attracting additional funding and investment into the sector to support organisations and communities. The SVSA is recognised conduit between VCSE organisations, local commissioners and national funding organisations, to increase partnership working and to strengthening relationships.
This is an exciting time for the SVSA as we look to appoint a Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. We would welcome applicants with relevant knowledge and experience in a financial role at a senior level. Please get in touch if you feel that you have the skills and experience that would bring a benefit to the role providing organisational oversight, guidance, ratification and strategic direction on financial matters.
