Grants to Support Work that Improves Living Standards and Financial Fairness (UK)

Grants of up to £200,000 are available to charities, voluntary organisations, think tanks, campaigning groups, research bodies, and universities for strategic work to enhance the living standards and personal finances of people on low-to-middle incomes.

The funding is offered through the Aberdeen Financial Fairness Trust's grant programme, which seeks proposals focused on policy, research, and advocacy in income, spending, and assets, including wages, pensions, taxation, gambling, borrowing and repayment problems, and savings.

The programme awards between 15 and 20 grants annually, prioritising initiatives for younger generations. In addition, the Trust has launched a new cross-cutting funding theme "Climate Change and Household Finances in the UK" to support the policy, research and campaigning work of organisations to protect and improve the household finances of people on low-to-middle incomes in the UK during the transition to Net Zero and adjustment to climate change.

The deadline for applications is 1pm on the 5th February 2025
