Patagonia is offering grants of between US$5,000 and US$15,000 for not-for-profit organisations across the UK or the Republic of Ireland to deliver environmental projects and activities that address the root causes of the environmental crisis and seek to protect both the environment and affected communities.
The International Environmental Grants Programme is for projects that:
- Are action-oriented.
- Focus on root causes.
- Have a clear strategy.
- Identify specific goals and objectives that can be effectively measured to evaluate success.
- Build public involvement and civic engagement.
- Work to build an equitable, inclusive, and diverse environmental movement.
- Confront systemic bias, discrimination, and injustice in environmental policy or outdoor spaces.
There are typically two funding rounds per year. Patagonia will accept one application per organisation in a given financial year.
The next deadline for applications is 31 May 2025.
