Level 2 Aspiring Team Leader Programme (not apprenticeship)
Learners will be required to attend 5 days over 4 months
Enrolling September 2025
Aimed at those who are aspiring to move into leading or supervising teams or those who are new to leading/supervising/managing teams
Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship
Up to 18 months
Enrolling 11th September 2025
These qualifications are aimed at practicing or aspiring managers who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.
Level 5 Operations/Departmental Management Apprentices
Up to 24 months
Enrolling 5th September 2025
Aimed at those who manage teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy. They are accountable to a more senior manager or business owner.

A Teams Meeting will be arranged in August for anyone who cannot make it to City Hall on those dates.
